Duties

• Assist licensed pharmacy staff with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Learn to prepare prescriptions, including counting tablets and labeling bottles
• Support medication administration processes under supervision, ensuring patient safety
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
• Maintain organized pharmacy workspaces and manage stock levels of medicines and supplies
• Follow all safety protocols and legal requirements related to medication handling and patient confidentiality
• Participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of pharmacy procedures and patient care practices

Skills

• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and safety standards
