Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Plastic Fabricators/CNC Operators. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working with advanced machinery and learning from seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning & Development: Gain practical experience with various plastic fabrication techniques, guided by our expert team.
• CNC Operations: Learn to operate and maintain CNC machinery, contributing to the production of bespoke plastic components.
• Adaptability: Embrace new skills and adapt to evolving methods in our fast-paced workshop.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively within a team, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
• Quality Control: Learn to inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects.

Qualifications:

• Interest in Fabrication: A keen interest in learning plastic fabrication and CNC operations.
• Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow instructions.
• Machining/Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience with plastics, VCarve or CAD is a plus but not required.
