About the role

• Reliable, punctual and happy to start early
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude on site
• Willingness to obtain a White Card and pest management licence (we support you through this)
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, labouring or trades is a plus — but not required

What's in it for you

• Paid, structured training and nationally recognised qualifications

• Above-award pay with overtime opportunities
• Genuine career pathway into senior technician, team leader or specialist roles
• Supportive team culture and the backing of a global pest control leader
