About the Role:
Start your career in shop floor management! We are hiring Freshers to join our Production team in Chakan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production targets and shift operations.
- Coordinate with line operators to maintain uninterrupted shop floor workflow.
- Learn press tool operations, sheet metal fabrication, and safety norms.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in shift patterns.
- Preferred Industry: Press Shop / Sheet Metal / Frame Assembly.
