The Project Coordinator provides support to the Project Manager by coordinating project activities related to any and all projects. The position’s main duties are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The Project Coordinator handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance.

Key Responsibilities:-

➔ Coordinate full project lifecycle activities, from initiation to closure, including stakeholder

communication and document management.

➔ Track project progress, maintain schedules, compile reports, and support task planning across

multiple ongoing projects.

➔ Assist in customer interactions, team coordination, vendor/sub-trade communication, and

resolution of issues or blockers.

➔ Manage calendars, prepare documentation (budgets, memos, estimates), and ensure all

authorizations and project records are in place.

➔ Step in for short-term project management needs during absences and ensure deadlines and

quality standards are met.

Required Skills:-

➔ Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC

➔ Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills

➔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines

➔ Understanding of web/mobile app development lifecycle

➔ Attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to work flexible hours
