Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Property Professional to join our small team in Adlington.

As a Trainee Property Professional, you will support various aspects of property operations, develop essential industry skills, and learn from experienced professionals. Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns
• Help coordinate appointments, schedules, and administrative tasks to keep operations organized
• Maintain accurate records of property details, client interactions, and transaction documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Conduct research on market trends, property values, and local regulations to support decision-making
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and updates on assigned tasks

Pay: £16,000.00-£24,000.00 per hour
