What they need
-Utilize current recruiting tools and best practices to cultivate robust pipelines for active and passive technical talent
-Recruiting efforts such as understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates
-Manage online postings on various job boards
-Develop recruiting strategies
-Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals and networking
-Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may fit
Qualifications:
-Bachelor s degree (Related to IT)
-Basic understanding of technology
-Team player, driven to be successful and high work ethic
