We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

This is an entry-level opportunity within a fast-moving recruitment environment where you’ll learn the industry from the ground up. You’ll work closely with senior consultants, support day-to-day recruitment activity, and gradually build the skills needed to manage your own clients and placements.

No recruitment experience is required. If you’ve worked in customer service, sales, hospitality, administration, retail, labour hire, or any role where you’ve had to stay organised and deal with people, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking with candidates and clients daily
• Assisting with sourcing, screening, and onboarding workers
• Coordinating interviews, bookings, and placements
• Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
• Following up with workers and clients throughout the week
• Keeping systems and candidate records up to date
• Learning recruitment, compliance, and workplace processes

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills and a good attitude
• Someone reliable, organised, and willing to learn
• Comfortable speaking with different types of people
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Full Class 1 licence preferred
