You'll work closely with our USA Director , and a team of experienced consultants learn the recruitment business from the ground up, and have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Conrad Consulting USA as we continue to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same.

You'll learn how to:

• Build relationships with engineering professionals across the United States.
• Develop an understanding of specialist engineering markets.
• Speak with candidates and clients on a daily basis.
• Build and grow your own specialist market.
• Become a trusted resource within your chosen area of expertise.
• Manage recruitment processes from initial conversation through to placement.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and help candidates navigate important career decisions.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters who will coach, support, and challenge you.
• Contribute directly to the continued growth of Conrad Consulting USA.
