Uniqlo India is hiring Trainee Retail Associate (Contractual - 3 Months) Date of Joining: 13th October 2026

As a Trainee Retail Associate, you’ll receive hands-on training, learn global retail standards, and gain real store experience. High-performing trainees may be considered for full-time Retail Associate positions based on performance and business requirements.

Employment Details:

* 3-month contractual period

* 5 working days per week (rotational shifts & rotational weekly offs)

* Salary: 25,000 CTC

* In hand fixed salary: 19,000 per month

* Overtime allowance

* Earned Leave

* Provident Fund

What You’ll Do?

* Maintain store presentation and stock (Tiding, folding, cleaning & replenishment)

* Deliver outstanding customer service (Assist customer in shopfloor, fitting rooms & Billing counter)

* Support daily store operations

* Assist customers with product selection and styling

* Learn UNIQLOs retail standards and customer-first approach
