Following this continued growth, we are now looking for a Trainee Risk Surveyor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or perhaps open to a change of direction, looking to develop their expertise in property assessments and reporting within a supportive and motivated team.

What You’ll Do

✳️ Conduct both on-site and desktop property assessments to determine reinstatement costs.

✳️ Travel regularly to property assessments across the South, South East and London.

✳️ Handle large desktop reinstatement portfolio tasks.

✳️ Prepare detailed and accurate reports.

✳️ Collaborate with our team of surveyors and admin assistants.

❇️ Willingness to travel regularly and conduct site visits.

❇️ Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.

❇️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

❇️ Experience of using Excel.
