Trainee Rubber Liner

What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Rubber lining of various components
• Conveyor belt cleating
• Operating factory machinery and equipment
• Assisting with general workshop and factory duties

What We’re Looking For:

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• A background in manufacturing or similar hands-on industries (advantageous)
• Ability to work effectively in a small team and independently
• A strong commitment to safety and following company policies and procedures
• White Card (essential)
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• Confined Space (advantageous but not essential)
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday - based in Bunbury
• Overtime available as required
