About the role

KGO Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Advisor to join our team. No motor trade experience is needed — full training will be given. What matters to us is a positive attitude, a smart appearance and a genuine willingness to learn the business from the ground up.

You'll work five days a week, made up of three weekdays plus Saturday and Sunday, with two weekdays off. Weekends are our busiest and most rewarding days, and that's where you'll learn the most.

On top of a £26,000 basic salary, our commission is uncapped — the harder you work and the more you learn, the more you earn.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers in the showroom and on the forecourt, making sure every visitor gets a warm welcome
• Handling incoming enquiries by phone, email and in person, and passing them to the right member of the team
• Supporting our sales advisors throughout the sales process
• Helping keep the showroom and forecourt presented to the high standard our customers expect
• Making sure vehicle displays, stock and customer areas are clean, tidy and ready for viewing
• Learning our products, processes and systems with the support of an experienced team
