Trainee Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a Trainee Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level role for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop their communication and sales skills, and is looking for an opportunity to build experience in a busy working environment.

You don’t need previous sales experience. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support as you learn the role.

The Role

You’ll be working with customers, helping them understand the products and services available and making sure they have a positive experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with customers in person and understanding what they’re looking for.
• Providing clear and accurate information about the products or services being promoted.
• Building positive relationships with customers and answering any questions they may have.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Keeping up to date with products.
• Recording customer information and activity accurately where required.
• Attending regular training and development sessions.
• Working with the wider team to achieve daily and weekly goals.

• Flexible to work some evenings and weekends when required.
