• Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions using IT systems
• Support the team in managing stock levels, organizing inventory, and ensuring product availability

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and listen actively

• Willingness to learn about B2B (business-to-business) sales processes and negotiation techniques
