Our client in Baton Rouge is hiring entry-level Trainee Sales Assistants to join their face-to-face sales team. You'll learn the job from the ground up, with full training and support from day one. No previous experience is necessary.

What You'll Do

• Meet and engage customers face to face at retail locations, events, and promotions
• Introduce products, offers, and services in a clear, confident way
• Learn proven sales techniques through hands-on training and shadowing
• Handle customer questions and build lasting relationships
• Support sign-ups, sales, and customer service interactions
• Work toward daily and weekly goals as part of a team
