As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside friendly colleagues and receiving the guidance you need to succeed. We believe in helping our team members grow, so you’ll also have clear opportunities to progress into more advanced roles as your skills and confidence develop.
No previous experience is required. What matters most is that you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to build a career with us.

- Share accurate information about products and services so that customers feel informed and supported in their choices.
- Assist with documents and reports, including preparing records and keeping files organised.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring that customer details are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to continue developing your skills and confidence.
What we offer:
- Training & Mentorship: Full training will be provided, along with ongoing guidance from experienced team members. You’ll learn practical sales, communication, and customer service skills to help you succeed.
- Career Progression: As you grow in confidence and ability, you’ll have the chance to progress into more senior positions such as account management or team leadership.
- Positive Team Culture: We foster a supportive, collaborative environment where teamwork is valued and contributions are appreciated.
- Recognition & Rewards: Your hard work won’t go unnoticed. We celebrate achievements with performance bonuses and frequent team events.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills: You’ll be able to interact with customers and colleagues clearly, confidently, and professionally.
- A positive, people-first approach: You enjoy working with others and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.
- Eagerness to learn: No experience is required, but a willingness to develop new skills and take on feedback is essential.
- Independence and teamwork: You can manage your own tasks while also contributing to team goals.
- Basic IT skills: Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and Word processing will help you complete day-to-day tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Every day can bring new challenges, so being flexible and open-minded will help you thrive in this role.
