Trainee Sales Associate

We are growing, with new contracts and client opportunities on the way, and we need more great people to join our sales team. As a Trainee Sales Associate, you’ll learn the full sales process from the ground up, working alongside experienced colleagues to build your skills and hit your targets. There’s genuine opportunity to progress, with full training provided and the chance to cross-train into supervisory and management roles.

Your responsibilities as a Trainee Sales Associate

• Support the sales team in generating and qualifying new leads
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Help prepare proposals and pitches with guidance from senior colleagues
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Keep accurate records of client activity in our CRM system
