We are currently expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Trainee Sales Executives.

No previous sales experience is necessary. You’ll receive full training, practical support and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence and develop valuable sales and communication skills.

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll work directly with customers on behalf of established clients. Your role will involve meeting customers face-to-face, understanding their needs, explaining products and services, and helping them choose the right option.

You’ll gain experience in:

Typical earnings are £23,000–£33,500+ OTE, with the opportunity to earn more through strong and consistent performance.

Important Information

This is a self-employed, commission-based position, so there is no guaranteed fixed salary. Your earnings will depend on your individual sales performance.

The role involves face-to-face customer interaction and field-based work across Cardiff and the surrounding areas.
