The Role

Looking to start a career in sales or business development? We are hiring a Trainee Sales Executive to join our growing team in central Leeds.

No previous sales experience is required. You’ll receive full sales training, mentoring and hands-on experience, with the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

• Represent major client campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.
• Drive direct sales and customer acquisition across promotional campaigns in Leeds.
• Develop your communication, negotiation and sales skills through structured training.
• Work towards sales targets as part of a motivated, team-focused environment.
• Progress into team leadership and campaign management as you develop.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or recruitment is welcome but not essential.
