What will you actually be doing?

You'll be speaking with customers and businesses over the phone, building relationships, introducing products and services, and identifying sales opportunities.

Your day will involve:

• Speaking confidently with new and existing customers
• Building rapport and generating interest
• Learning how to handle objections and close sales
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Developing valuable communication and negotiation skills

This is a genuine telephone-based sales role, so you'll need to be comfortable making outbound calls, working towards targets and hearing the occasional "no".
