Trainee Sales Manager

The Opportunity

Ready to lead a sales team? We're hiring a Trainee Sales Manager for our Leeds branch to help us win new business, grow client relationships and develop a high-performing team.

We are growing, with new contracts and client opportunities on the way, and we need more great people to join our sales and management team. As a Trainee Sales Manager, you'll learn the sales process inside out, then take on responsibility for coaching others and driving team results. There's genuine opportunity to progress, with full training provided and a clear route into senior management.

Your responsibilities as a Trainee Sales Manager

• Support the sales team in generating and closing new business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coach and support sales colleagues to hit their targets
• Track team performance and report on sales results
• Help train and onboard new team members
• Keep accurate records of client activity in our CRM system

Training and career progression

Every Trainee Sales Manager gets full training from day one, with a clear path to progress:
