About the Opportunity

Nyla Info Technologies Private Limited is looking for two Trainee Software Engineers who are interested in building a long-term career in Microsoft Azure and Cloud Technologies.

This is a six-month, full-time, onsite program designed for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who want to gain practical, industry-oriented experience in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

The program consists of:

• First 3 Months Training Period
• Next 3 Months Probation Period

During the program, trainees will receive structured technical training and hands-on exposure to areas such as:

• Microsoft Azure Administration
• Azure Virtual Machines

• Microsoft Entra ID
• Azure Security

Upon successful completion of the six-month training and probation period, candidates may be considered for a full-time position on the company payroll, subject to satisfactory performance, attendance, technical progress, professional conduct and business requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

Selected trainees will participate in structured technical training and practical assignments involving Microsoft Azure technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in structured training and assigned technical activities related to Microsoft Azure and Cloud Computing.
• Assist with provisioning, configuring and managing Microsoft Azure resources.
• Work with Azure Virtual Machines, including VM creation, configuration, disks, availability and basic troubleshooting.
• Configure and understand Azure networking components such as:
• Virtual Networks
• Subnets
• Network Security Groups
• Public and Private IP addresses
• Azure DNS
• Load Balancers
• Application Gateway fundamentals
• VPN and connectivity concepts
• Work with Azure Storage services including:
• Blob Storage
• File Storage
• Storage Accounts
• Containers
• Access permissions
• Storage security
• Learn and work with Microsoft Entra ID for:
• Users and Groups
• Role-Based Access Control
• Identity and Access Management
• Authentication and authorization concepts
• Managed Identities
• Assist with configuring Azure RBAC, permissions and security controls.
• Support monitoring and troubleshooting Azure environments using:
• Azure Monitor
• Log Analytics
• Application Insights
• Azure Alerts
• Activity Logs
• Understand Azure Backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability concepts.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure.
• Learn Azure governance concepts including:
• Management Groups
• Subscriptions
• Resource Groups
• Azure Policy
• Resource Locks
• Tags
• Cost Management
• Work with Azure database and data services such as:
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Data Lake Storage
• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Synapse Analytics fundamentals
• Assist in creating and maintaining data pipelines and cloud-based data integration solutions.
• Write, execute and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
• Learn basic concepts related to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and cloud integration.
• Gain exposure to Azure AI technologies such as:
• Azure AI Services
• Azure AI Foundry
• Generative AI
• Large Language Models
• Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Understand basic cloud security, networking, and identity best practices.
• Assist with system testing, data validation, issue of investigation and troubleshooting.
• Understand business and technical requirements and assist in converting them into practical cloud solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Complete assigned learning activities, Microsoft certification preparation, and practical assignments within agreed timelines.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, demonstrations, and team meetings.
• Follow company processes, cloud-security guidelines, and professional standards throughout the training and probation period.

Required Skills

SQL & Database Fundamentals

Candidates should have a strong foundational understanding of SQL, including:

• Ability to understand technical concepts and apply them to practical assignments.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and accept feedback.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and work discipline.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at the Vijayawada office throughout the program.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are beneficial but not mandatory:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with the Azure Portal.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric or Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, subnets, and networking concepts.
• Basic understanding of Windows or Linux administration.
• Basic understanding of cloud security and identity concepts.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, .NET or Java.
• Exposure to Python.
• Familiarity with scripting using PowerShell or Azure CLI.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps or other source-control tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs and web services.
• Exposure in Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Generative AI technologies.

Prior professional Azure experience is not required. Candidates with a strong technical foundation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, MSc Computer Science or related fields.
• Strongly interested in building a career in Microsoft Azure and Cloud Computing.
• Willing to undergo intensive technical training and practical assignments.
• Comfortable working in a full-time onsite environment.
• Strong in logical thinking and problem-solving.
• Willing to continuously learn and upgrade their technical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
• Serious about developing a long-term career in Cloud Computing, Azure, Data Engineering, AI or DevOps technologies.

Important Conditions

• A stipend will be provided during the first three months, which is the training period.
• The next three months will be a probation period, subject to the company's applicable terms and conditions.
• Candidates must be available to work full-time from the company's Vijayawada office.
• Remote and work-from-home arrangements are not available for this program.
• Candidates must commit to completing the complete six-month program.
• Candidates are expected to maintain consistent attendance, learning progress, and professional conduct throughout the training and probation periods.
• Technical performance, attendance, discipline, learning progress, and overall professional conduct will be evaluated during the program.
• Upon successful completion of the training and probation period, selected candidates may be transitioned to the company's payroll, subject to performance evaluation and business requirements.
• Payroll transition is not automatic or guaranteed and will depend on individual performance and organizational requirements.
