Trainee Strata Manager

You will work closely with experienced Strata Managers and industry professionals, gaining hands-on exposure across all aspects of strata management within a collaborative and supportive team.

This role would suit a candidate with strong administrative experience or a proven track record in high-level customer service over several years, who values accuracy, responsiveness, and delivering a positive experience for stakeholders.

About You:

• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
• Previous experience in administration, property, customer service or strata (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• A genuine interest in building and progressing your career in strata management
