What they need
- Support the showroom in achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- Execute company promotional campaigns effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Learn daily showroom management.
- Motivate and support sales consultants to achieve individual KPIs.
- Learn manpower scheduling and workforce planning.
- Perform stock checking and inventory accuracy.
- Follow SOPs for opening and closing operations.
- Monitor stock replenishment and ageing inventory.
- Assist in handling showroom administrative tasks
Requirement
- Min Diploma education qualification
- Prefer min 1 year experience in retail or sales background
- Long term employment
