Trainee technician repair & testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in repair and testing of electronic components and assemblies.
• Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Support senior technicians in soldering, rework, and circuit diagnostics.
• Maintain records of test results and repair activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Learn and apply knowledge of PCBA, ESD handling, and calibration processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Electronics (freshers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
• Willingness to learn repair and testing processes in an EMS/repair environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
