LinCon Hire & Sales is looking for Trainee Truck Mounted EWP Operators to join our Sydney team based at

Sydney based depot located in Moorebank.

This is an opportunity to learn a specialised trade while working with experienced operators and some of Australia's largest truck-mounted elevated work platforms.

• You don't need years of EWP experience.
• We'll provide the training and practical experience you need to become a competent operator.

What we're looking for

We're more interested in the person than the resume**.**

You could be coming from transport, construction, logistics, agriculture, mechanics, earthmoving or another hands-on industry – or simply looking for a career change.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Safety-focused
• Mechanically minded and willing to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Eventually able to work independently
• Prepared to put in the effort to develop their skills

You'll need

• HR driver's licence
• Construction White Card
• Good driving history
• Ability to pass the required medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Previous EWP experience is not essential.

Where this can take you

Truck-mounted EWPs are used across telecommunications, electrical transmission, wind farms, construction, infrastructure and maintenance.
