What they need
- Pendidikan: D3/S1, diutamakan F&B, Hospitality, atau Culinary.
- Pengalaman: Min. 2–3 tahun di F&B, terutama sebagai Trainer, Barista/Tea Specialist, atau R&D.
- Training: Mampu membuat materi training, SOP, recipe & modul produk.
- Product Knowledge: Memahami tea, beverage, brewing, ingredients & food safety.
- Menu Development: Mampu melakukan development, testing & improvement menu.
- Consistency: Memastikan standar rasa, takaran dan penyajian konsisten di seluruh outlet.
- Communication: Mampu mengajar crew dengan jelas, praktis dan mudah dipahami.
- Evaluation: Mampu melakukan training assessment & monitoring skill crew.
- Analytical: Memahami recipe costing/COGS dan customer feedback.
- Nilai tambah: Berpengalaman opening outlet baru, training massal, dan product launching.
