Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Trainer, diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang retail
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal, public speaking, dan presentasi yang baik
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Ilmu Komunikasi/Teknologi Pendidikan/Manajemen SDM/jurusan terkait lainnya
- Memahami TNA (Training Need Analysis), Training Design, dan LMS (Learning Management System)
- Terbiasa berhadapan dengan data, menguasai Microsoft Office & Google Form
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, inisiatif tinggi, dan problem solving yang efisien
- Adaptif dan mampu bekerja secara individual dan tim
- Domisili dan penempatan wilayah Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya
