专业培训师 Trainer (Aromatherapy)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aromatherapy Trainer to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging aromatherapy workshops, seminars, and training sessions for staff.
• Develop and deliver structured training programs to enhance staff knowledge and practical skills in aromatherapy.
• Share professional expertise, best practices, and hands-on aromatherapy techniques to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Assist in the development, review, and improvement of training materials, manuals, and curriculum content.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the learning process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance training programs and content.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in aromatherapy

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on practical experience

• Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Confident in conducting workshops and engaging participants

• Full-time / Part-time position is available
