Roles

1x Civil Trainer & Assessor

Monday-Friday | 8-12 hour shifts | Alternating Saturdays available

1x Dozer / Excavator Trainer ( Production mining D11 & 3600)

Monday-Friday | 8-12 hour shifts

All positions welcome applications from candidates seeking Full time, Casual, part-time, job share or visa sponsorship opportunities. Flexible arrangements are available for the right person.

Located just 60 minutes north of Perth CBD, this is a non-FIFO role where you'll be home every night while making a genuine difference in people's careers. Optional FIFO Rigid Haul Truck training.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nationally recognised training and competency-based assessments.
• Provide one-on-one practical machine operator training on a live operating mine site.
• Mentor students and prepare them for real employment within the civil and mining industries.
• Follow site operating procedures and industry best practice.
• Ensure compliance with the WHS Act 2020, Mines Safety and Inspection legislation and RTO standards.
• Maintain the integrity of every assessment by ensuring only competent operators are deemed competent.
• Complete training and assessment documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive training team.
• Maintain a safe, professional and positive learning environment.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Holds a current TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110.

• Has relitive experience operating civil & Mining equipment.

• Supervisory experience desirable

• works well under presure

• Can make decisions

• Can work solo or as a part of a Team

• Time Management is crucial with paying customers

• Passionate about helping people.

• Takes pride in maintaining high safety and training standards.

• Is reliable, professional and punctual

• Can pass a pre-employment medical and daily breathalyser requirements.
