Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for Domestic healthcare BPO professionals on quality audit, competency assessment, process training, and process audit.
• Conduct workshops and sessions to educate employees on best practices in the industry.
• Develop evaluation metrics to measure trainee performance and effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for various formats such as classroom-based instruction, online courses, or e-learning modules.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare BPO processes and regulations (domestic).
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results.
