We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer to strengthen the communication, confidence and professional effectiveness of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams.
• Improve verbal and written business communication.
• Train teams on professional etiquette and executive-level interactions.
• Conduct role plays, mock conversations and practical exercises.
• Coach team members on confidence, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Identify individual development areas and provide structured feedback.
• Develop training material and learning programs for new and existing employees.
• Support onboarding and continuous capability development.
• Track training effectiveness and employee improvement.

Who We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in Corporate Training, L&D, Communication Training or Sales Training.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong coaching and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience training young and growing teams.
• Ability to conduct practical, high-energy training sessions.
• Strong understanding of professional communication and workplace etiquette.
• Experience in B2B, technology, consulting or professional services is preferred.
