Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Design and implement Learning & Development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and senior leadership.
• Facilitate training on communication skills, customer service excellence, grooming standards, personality development, workplace behavior, etiquette, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
• Create and execute induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Prepare annual training calendars, learning modules, assessments, training manuals, and supporting materials.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and coaching interventions to build internal capability.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, assessments, productivity metrics, and performance improvements.
• Partner with department heads to enhance employee productivity, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and continuous learning initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain training records, reports, certifications, and compliance documentation.
