Trainer

Support the opening of new stores:

• Plan and organize on-the-job training for the dedicated teams at the new stores.

Tools, Reporting, and Collaboration:

• Generate regular reports on completed visits

• Manage the back-office functionality of the Rituals e-learning platform (support for training session registrations, regional monitoring of module and training completion)

• Monitor Mystery Shopper performance within the assigned scope

• Work closely with the Training department at our Central Head Office (Amsterdam) and the Retail and Wholesale departments in France.
