Key Skills & Requirements:
- Basic to good practical knowledge of fitting and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to demonstrate the use of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of engineering/mechanical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of fitting operations such as marking, measuring, drilling, tapping, threading, filing, assembly and related workshop practices.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language to students with different levels of educational background.
- Knowledge of workshop safety, PPE and safe working practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a practical training-centre environment.
