Role Description The Trainer role at MICO WORLD is a full-time, on-site position based in El Maadi El Gadida. The Trainer will design and deliver training programs for new and existing team members, focusing on product knowledge, platform features, user engagement practices, and internal processes. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, facilitating group and one-on-one training sessions, assessing learning needs, and updating content based on product and policy changes. The Trainer will track participant progress, gather feedback, and collaborate with operational and HR teams to improve training effectiveness. This role also involves maintaining accurate training records and supporting continuous learning initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong training and facilitation skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging way.
• Experience in curriculum design, instructional materials development, and basic training program evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and multicultural audiences.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple training schedules and priorities.
• Comfort with technology, including online collaboration tools and presentation software; familiarity with social or entertainment apps is an advantage.
• Previous experience in training, learning and development, customer support, or operations within Internet or digital product companies is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and maintain a positive, inclusive training atmosphere.
