Were Hiring | Trainer Service Center (OPPO Mobiles)
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Department: Service Center Operations
Experience: 3-5 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using MS Excel & PowerPoint
Create management presentations on NPS, Standardization, Camera Audit & Performance Metrics
Coordinate and follow up with multiple Service Centers
Ensure SOP compliance across SCs
Conduct camera audits & surprise video call standardization checks
Track, analyze, and improve NPS scores
Train service center staff on daily, weekly & monthly processes
Handle fixed assets of service center teams
Act as a communication bridge between Service Centers & Management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Telecom/Electronics sector (OPPO, Vivo, Samsung, etc.)
Background in service coordination, operations, or back-office roles
Strong communication & presentation skills
Confident in calling, video calls & team handling
