Trainer

Your mission: As a professional trainer, you will play a key role through the following tasks: Facilitating initial and ongoing training sessions; Preparing logistics (modules, documents to be given to customer advisors); Evaluating knowledge acquisition at the end of the professional training: administering quizzes, analyzing results; Supporting new recruits in the field: providing initial and final briefings; Training customer advisors on new customer processes/changes as part of ongoing training; Identifying training needs and proposing appropriate actions; Contributing to the updating of training modules
