Trainer

Benchmark BPO is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic BPO Trainer with hands-on call center experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ACA and Medicare campaigns, along with proven experience in training and employee management.

Requirements:

• Prior call center dialing experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a BPO/Call Center Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of ACA and Medicare campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage employees.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
• Ability to work onsite in night shift
