Trainer

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainer. In this role, your main responsibilities are:

Responsibility

• Conceptualize training sessions based on data and research
• Create training strategies and initiatives
• Test and review created training methods
• Maintain a database of all training sessions
• Instruct employee training and onboarding
• Review employee performance and learning
• Conduct training classes on policy/product
• Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and transfer knowledge for any identified issues

Qualification

• Basic English Communication Skill
• Proficiency in Japanese Language (Certificate: N2)
