Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for insurance professionals on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online modules to support the training curriculum.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop customized training solutions that meet business objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
