Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out training needs analysis to identify gaps between current and desired skills levels
• Gathering, registering in single repository, safeguarding and making available for reuse the existing training materials for ICT applications and related business processes
• Collecting lessons learned from previous and current trainings
• Setting objectives, proposing education means, learning styles, education programme, sourcing and methods of measuring effectiveness of education for use of ICT applications
• Providing directly training classes, workshops, lab trainings for end users of ICT applications
• Providing direct trainings and mentoring in scope of use of ICT applications to mid and top management
• Bridging developers with the end users by contributing to the requirements and change management processes for new applications and further evolution of existing applications based on feedback from trainings
• Participating in delivery of new ICT applications and contribute to the projects in scope of planning and delivering of trainings related to these projects
• Analysing business process and learning the new applications being delivered to support this business process in scope and depth necessary for actual delivery of trainings for use of these applications
• Designing training programme, training materials, training hands-on exercises, evaluation of training effectiveness
• Producing training materials, computer-based training, e-learning, video tutorials, training scenarios
• Promoting training offering among staff
• Managing training schedules, booking training facilities, preparing training technical environments (training instances of the ICT applications)

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor's degree
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Possession of at least one training certification, such as CompTIA CTT+ or an internationally recognized equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority
• Proven experience as a trainer in ICT technologies and tools
• Experience in planning training scope, designing and developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to conduct workshops and instructor-led trainings in classroom and remote environments
• Knowledge of effective teaching standards, methods and techniques
• Knowledge of office automation tools, video conferencing and training tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
• Expertise in providing support and trainings to end users
• Exceptional collaborative skills
• Versatility across technologies and platforms
