About QuikStor

QuikStor is the leading SaaS facility management platform for the self-storage industry, delivering a purpose-built, scalable system that serves as the foundation for intelligent automation and modern facility operations. We are in rapid growth mode, backed by significant capital from self-storage industry veterans who share our vision to build the most advanced and scalable operating system for storage operators worldwide.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a thoughtful, customer-obsessed Software Trainer to join our team. This role exists to make sure QuikStor customers and employees understand and use our software well. Successful onboarding sets the tone for each client’s journey with QuikStor, and a well-trained team keeps that experience consistent. This role is critical to QuikStor’s goal of increasing user engagement and client retention.

You will do that in three ways:

  • Customer training: In the first 6 months, you will run high-volume virtual training for new, often non-technical users. Over time, you will partner with our Instructional Designer to strengthen QuikStor’s customer training.

  • Internal training: You will upskill our Implementation, Support, and Client Success teams on core QMS workflows and accounting, and train new hires on the product.

  • Adoption: You will help track customer engagement after training and flag low adoption to the Instructional Designer, who leads re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live, role-based trainings (often several per day) for new customer cohorts: facility managers, district and regional managers, and storage owners and operators.

  • Build and run onboarding lesson plans with structured follow-ups, timed so sites are trained before go-live.

  • Tailor each session to the audience’s tech comfort, from facility staff new to software to multi-site power users. Handle hesitant or frustrated learners with patience, and route pricing, billing, or contract questions to the right owner.

  • Show customers the value: how QMS saves them time and improves decision making.

  • Run ongoing upskilling for Implementation, Support, and Client Success, including advanced accounting, delinquency, and reporting in QMS.

  • Deliver product training for new hires as part of corporate onboarding.

  • Learn complex workflows from subject-matter experts (Implementation leads, Accounting) through train-the-trainer sessions, then own teaching them.

  • Over time, take ownership of new-feature training: work with our development team in Serbia to understand upcoming releases, then create or update new-feature content in the LMS.

  • Monitor engagement for newly trained customers and flag adoption gaps to the Instructional Designer, who owns follow-up when adoption drops.

  • Identify common usage gaps, confusion points, and data trust issues.

  • Report insights to Client Success, Implementation, and leadership to drive follow-up or product improvements.

  • Run post-training check-ins focused on accuracy, confidence, and outcomes.

  • Work with the Instructional Designer to build training materials (decks, videos, FAQs, workflow guides, quizzes) and learning paths for customers and internal teams.

  • Partner with the Instructional Designer on release updates, flagging what needs to change based on what you see in live sessions.

  • Partner with Client Success, Implementation, Support, and Product to align training with customer goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years delivering live training or enablement on a SaaS platform. SaaS experience is required.

  • Experience training both external customers and internal employees.

  • Proven experience training non-technical, time-constrained users and people with very different levels of tech comfort.

  • Comfort with financial and accounting concepts: ledgers, reconciliation, payments, and delinquency. A background in banking, accounting, or bookkeeping is a strong plus.

  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence.

  • Highly self-directed and a reliable communicator; comfortable building systems in a fast-growing company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building training programs, materials, or LMS content.

  • Self-storage operations or storage software experience.

  • Experience administering an LMS (TalentLMS, LearnUpon, iSpring, or similar).

  • Experience training customers through a platform migration.

  • Familiarity with ClickUp, HubSpot, Intercom, Loom, or Scribe.

  • Comfort answering data or technical questions.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

  • 401k Retirement Plan

  • Vacation and Sick Time

  • 20 Remote Workdays per Year

  • Annual Bonus

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • Education Assistance Program

  • Employee Discount Store

  • Discounted Storage
