• 持续关注中医学及相关治疗领域的最新趋势与实践发展，并融入培训内容
• 定期检讨与优化培训课程，确保符合行业标准与最佳实践
• 建立并执行培训评估机制，持续提升培训质量与成效

职位要求：

• 拥有中医学士学位或相关治疗专业资格者优先考虑
• 持有培训、成人教育或相关领域认证者为加分项
• 具备扎实的中医及治疗师临床实务经验
• 熟悉针灸、草药治疗或其他相关治疗技术
• 具备课程设计与培训执行经验，有成功培训案例者优先
• 具备优秀的沟通表达能力，能够有效引导及激发学习动力
• 教学方式灵活，能够因应不同学习风格调整授课策略
• 对中医及治疗领域保持热忱，持续关注行业最新发展与研究成果

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in TCM principles, coupled with expertise in delivering effective training programs for healthcare professionals. As a TCM Physician/Therapist Trainer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the clinical and therapeutic skills of practitioners through targeted training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for TCM Physicians and Therapists.
• Create engaging, interactive, and practical training materials tailored to different learning needs.
• Facilitate workshops, hands-on training sessions, and case-based learning activities to enhance clinical competencies.
• Continuously review, improve, and update training content to align with industry developments and best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and quality assurance measures, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to trainees to ensure successful knowledge transfer and skill development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or a related discipline is preferred.
• Additional certifications in training, education, coaching, or adult learning are an added advantage.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering professional training programs, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or TCM industry.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and coach learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for education, talent development, and continuous learning.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple training initiatives effectively.
• Willing to travel for training assignments when required.
