Trainer Collections

Role Summary

Third Party Collections Trainer responsible for delivering process and compliance training, improving team performance through coaching and call calibrations, and ensuring collections teams are aligned with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for employees involved in Third Party Collections processes and compliance standards

• Develop and update training materials, manuals, SOPs, and process documentation

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps within the collections team

• Adapt training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and experience levels

• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to trainees

• Attend internal and external call calibration sessions to ensure consistency in call evaluations and quality standards

• Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance changes, and best practices in Third Party Collections

• Execute organizational policies, procedures, and training standards effectively

• Ensure full compliance with company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements during training delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Third Party Collections, preferably in a Trainer role

• Strong understanding of debt collection processes, compliance standards, and industry regulations

• Graduate in any stream

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to simplify and explain complex processes effectively

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Experience collaborating with management and cross-functional teams

• Adaptability to different learning styles and operational requirements
