Scope of Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a series of new hire and cross-training and up-training classes
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Provide support to operations by creating and facilitating knowledge tests and upskilling programs
• Coordinate with various departments such as quality, operations and process improvement to manage projects and programs that could aid in driving better operational performance.
• Prepare weekly read-out reports to relay training updates, progress and plans.
• Manage training reports based on stakeholder requirements
• Trainee performance management applying the 30-60-90 rule
• Conduct coaching sessions with trainees to drive performance
• Manage and implement projects to help achieve operational excellence

Who Thrives Here:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional or technical writing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a trainer.
• Strong understanding of smart technology.
• Preferred experience in managing teams, analyzing products and services, brainstorming and testing processes, monitoring and reporting data.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer service or technical support project
• High in English proficiency - Speaking and Writing
• Graduate of a 4 year bachelor college course
• Business Review including Data Storytelling and Presentation
• Moderate to Advance Knowledge in Analytics
• Classroom Management
• Advanced writing and analytical skills and with technical experience (preferably on devices/gadgets)
• Must have an advanced grasp in smart and networking devices
• The interest and high level ability to write and analyze drafts such as Knowledge Base, Help Center articles in line with latest technological trends
• Openness to work in a shifting schedule
• Work in a team-oriented environment
