Key responsibilities

• Design training courses
• Lead in-person or online workshops, seminars, and interactive classes
• Use discussions, hands-on exercises, role-playing, and real-life scenarios to maintain learner focus
• Offer personalized guidance and support to individual participants during and after sessions
• Administer quizzes, tests, and practical evaluations to measure understanding
• Provide constructive evaluations that highlight strengths and guide improvement
• Review feedback forms and monitor post-training performance to determine overall effectiveness
• Track attendance, participation scores, and completion documentation
