JOB DESCRIPTIONTrainer – Sewerage Worker / Sanitation Worker Training

Project: Government Skill Development Project
Locations: Multiple Locations across Punjab, Haryana & Rajasthan

We are looking for experienced Trainers for conducting skill training under a Government project related to Sewerage Worker / Sanitation Worker training at multiple locations across Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and classroom-based training for candidates as per the prescribed Government/NSKFDC training guidelines.
• Provide training on safe sewerage and sanitation work practices, occupational safety, use of tools/equipment, PPE and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrate proper work procedures and safety precautions.
• Maintain attendance, training records, assessment-related documentation and other project records.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and local officials at the training location.
• Support candidate mobilization, registration and other project-related activities when required.
• Ensure timely completion of the assigned training batches as per project requirements.
• Travel to different training locations within the allotted state/district as required.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
• Experience: Relevant experience in Sewerage/Sanitation Work, Sewer Cleaning, Desludging, Occupational Safety, Sanitation Training or related field preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience as Sewerage Worker/Sanitation Worker/Trainer/Supervisor will be preferred.
• Computer knowledge is required for maintaining basic training records and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations.

Additional Requirements

• Own conveyance / two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
• Candidates should be willing to travel within Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan as per project requirements.
• Ability to conduct both theory and practical sessions effectively.
