What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for freshers and experienced coders
- Develop training content, assessments, and learning materials
- Conduct induction, refresher, and certification-focused training sessions
- Monitor training effectiveness and learner performance
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to bridge knowledge gaps
- Drive continuous learning and operational excellence initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
2-3+ years of experience as a Trainer in HIM/Medical Coding
Strong knowledge of Medical Coding and HIM processes
Expertise in Emergency Department (ED) & Evaluation and Management (EM) Coding
Experience in handling fresher training, onboarding, and certification programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Active AAPC/AHIMA certification (Mandatory)
Additional certifications are a plus
